After Obsession blog tour and giveaways

I tell ya what, this working with a major publisher is A-OK with me. Bloomsbury sent out around 90 advance reader copies (ARCs) of the book to review bloggers, and those reviews are starting to show up online. I’m going to link to a few of them here, ‘cause I likes to share.

The first is by my good friend and critique partner Gayleen Rabakukk (who doesn’t even know she’s thanked in the back of the book because it was left out of the ARC). Gayleen is doing an interview/review/giveaway at her blog, Playing with Words. Read to the end to find out how to win her ARC. Gayleen’s blog is one you’ll want to follow, because it won’t be long and people will be interviewing her. She’s shopping a very good middle-grade novel.

Samantha Rowan is also willing to part with her ARC if you enter the contest at her Living Little Women blog. Samantha’s going to make you think and work a little, but it’ll be fun!

A young lady named Jade runs the blog Ink Scratchers and she posted a very nice review yesterday. This one was so flattering you’ll think I paid her, but I swear I don’t even know her.

To be fair, not everyone has been blown away. The lady who writes Crossroads Reviews, for instance (sorry, but I couldn’t find her name). You can’t please everyone, right? It was nice of her to spend the time giving it a chance, though.

I keep overlooking the UK release of the book, which actually takes place Sept. 5, before the American version on Sept. 13. So, yeah, if you live in the UK, you can get it before folks on this side of the big water.

Finally, I’ll mention again that Carrie and I will be guests at FenCon in Dallas Sept. 23-25. As far as we know, this is the only weekend we’ll be together for promotion, so if you’re within a bazillion miles, come see us. It’s a great convention with lots to do.
