Wasted time


Could have been a productive day. Work wasn’t too busy. But instead of working on the book I’ve been busy with, I spent the day refuting the false claims of a certain woman. Online attacks seem to be the only writing she really does, so I guess it was a productive day for her. If what she’d written wasn’t libel I would have just ignored it for the lunatic raving that it is, but since she was obviously trying to disparage me I felt compelled to reply in case anybody of consequence actually reads her blog. I may have to do more than just reply. I hope not. Hopefully she’ll shut up, or move on to some other target; I’m certainly not her first and undoubtedly won’t be the last.

Mean people suck.

    Check out things before you believe.
    This entire mess is because a lot of writers did not take the time to check things out thoroughly before they went to this person. I did a quick check the other year and did not like what I saw, so I opted not to go near this person. The moral is to be very careful when searching for an agent.
    Hold your head up high and know you have done nothing wrong. I know there are people out there who are just aching for a fight. Don’t let them pull you down to their level.
