Oklahoma weather

Yesterday I had to put on the heavy leather coat again. Today I was outside without a coat mowing the lawn for the first time this season. It’s crazy. No wonder everybody I know is sick.

The kids colored Easter eggs this morning. Jacob has broken most of his, carrying them around and dropping them, but he’s very happy with them. It’s just a matter of time before the eggs are left in the reach of that lardass chow hound cocker spaniel of ours.

I finally, finally, finally made some headway in the edits on The Prometheus Syndrome yesterday. It went pretty well. I knocked off about 32 pages. Just 320 to go. Ha! Ain’t as bad as it sounds. Most of the edits are copy edits at this point. For the most parts, the story suggestions from my group can be taken care of with a line or two added or taken away. The rewrite they read was pretty thorough.
