Here we go again. Hopefully today won’t be as crazy as yesterday, but I suspect it’ll get that way.
Yesterday I was asked to be the Feb. 5 guest speaker to the Norman Galaxy of Writers, a group that meets in the Norman Public Library. You know Norman, home of the University of Oklahoma Sooners. The meeting’s at 10 a.m. I’ll probably give my “Dead Babies Count” lecture, but I was asked to be sure and talk about Katherine Cross and Murdered by Human Wolves. Her grave is just about 30 minutes from Norman.
Well, not only do I have the usual work stuff, but I also have three freelance newspaper stories to begin working on. I can’t believe it’s already Thursday and I haven’t made a single call on those yet.
